My name is R. Gary Renfrow. I am a homeowner in Tierra Verde, FL, as well as President of Alden Enterprises, Inc. DBA The Alden Beach Resort & Suites – St. Pete Beach, FL.
I normally do not feel compelled to write a letter of recommendation about a company or person, unless they go beyond the scope of “normal” products or services. However, I feel compelled, and without solicitation, to make a special recommendation for West Coast Insurance Group and Ms. Paula Blanda, in particular.
I was having problems and issues with my homeowners / wind insurance and auto insurance earlier this year. My former insurance agents did not seem to be very proactive in solving some of my issues and concerns. As a result, I sought out a new Insurance company and agent to handle my insurance needs. My wife saw a small ad in a local neighborhood newspaper and subsequently, I lucked into meeting Jason Miller and Paula Blanda at the West Coast Insurance Group in St. Petersburg…Boy, what a pleasant and refreshing change!
Paula went way beyond my expectations in not only proactively coming up with solid, legitimate solutions to my insurance problems, but also saving premium costs.
I normally don’t get too excited when shopping insurance, but Paula and West Coast made all the difference in the world.
